What is the no bullshit jeans?
We are tired of poorly fitting, fast-fashion jeans that fall apart within weeks. Our mission is simple: bring back the quality and durability of classic blue jeans. No gimmicky washes or pre-made distressing, just 100% sturdy cotton jeans designed to be your everyday, everywhere essential.
Technical specification
Fit: Mid-rise waist, extra space at lower hip and thighs, slightly tapered legs
This cut is perfect for those who struggle to find comfortable jeans due to stronger thighs or glutes. These jeans provide freedom of movement without looking too baggy. The cutting pattern was developed by pattern maker Johanna Böhm-Eberlein from Kammersenger Fashion Consulting.
Fabric: 13.75 oz (470 g/m²) denim fabric (preshrunk) Made in Italy
This sturdy denim fabric is produced by PureDenim in Italy. It consists of 100% cotton (71% recycled cotton) and is open-end spun. The fabric is dyed using SmartIndigo technology, which utilizes electricity instead of hazardous chemicals.
Gusset: for enhanced mobility and durability
The gusset construction provides increased mobility even without stretch content in the fabric. It also prevents the annoying crotch-ripping and increases durability in this area.
Accessoires: Button fly, jacron backpatch
The style of the NO Bullshit jeans is simple but functional. We avoid fancy customized trimmings to save costs for you.
Production: Made in Estonia
The Finnish jeans manufacturer Masi Jeans produces the NO Bullshit jeans in Estonia. The finish of the jeans is a rinse wash to avoid damaging the fabric with abrasive treatments.
Why Are we doing this?
Hi,
I’m Mario, founder of NOBS Clothing. Finding well-fitting jeans has always been a challenge for me. I also feel that the overall quality of clothing has been declining every year. Clothing shouldn’t be a throwaway product.
That’s why I founded NOBS Clothing—to bring back durable clothing with a good price-performance ratio. By utilizing an innovative business model, we reduce the distribution costs of clothing. Read more about our mission here.
In September, we will launch our first crowdfunding campaign for the NO Bullshit jeans. If you like the jeans and what we are doing, support us by reserving your jeans today.

FAQ
What is (reward based) crowdfunding and how does it work?
Crowdfunding is a way of raising money from a large number of individuals to finance projects. If the target amount is reached during the campaign, supporters receive the advertised product. If not, they get their money back.
Why do you use crowfunding for clothing?
At NOBS Clothing, we use crowdfunding to perfectly match the supply and demand of our clothes, producing on-demand only what is truly needed. This approach eliminates waste and allows us to offer you a better price.
How can you offer that price for a jeans Made in the EU?
Crowdfunding and on-demand production are lean and efficient processes. We do not compromise on product quality or environmental and social standards. Instead, we reduce distribution costs. We avoid disposal costs for overproduction, warehousing costs, and dead stock piling up in a warehouse. These savings are passed on to you.
What about the sustainability of your clothes?
Our impact model is based on three pillars:
- Business Model: 30% of globally produced clothing (fast fashion) is overproduction and disposed of unworn. Our resource-efficient business model avoids this overproduction and generates no waste.
- Circular & Long-Lasting Product Design: We use monomaterials to increase the recyclability of our clothes. Clever cutting patterns and the right fabric specifications increase durability.
- Sustainable Materials & Production: We utilize sustainable fibers (e.g., recycled cotton, hemp, or lyocell) and state-of-the-art dyeing technologies (e.g., SmartIndigo) to reduce the environmental impact of our clothing. A short and transparent supply chain in the EU ensures good working conditions.
What is SmartIndigo?
Textile dyeing is generally a very polluting and harmful process. SmartIndigo is a state-of-the-art indigo dyeing process that uses electricity instead of toxic chemicals and heavy metals, thus generating no hazardous wastewater.
